PEWE DeWater\u00ae<\/sub><\/span> TSP Systems<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]The PEWE\u00a0DeWater\u00ae<\/sub><\/span>TSP<\/strong><\/em><\/strong> triple staged screw press consists of an auger screw assembly, transport tube, drainage section, press section and me chanical drive system. The TSP<\/strong> <\/em>will be supplied with a flanged inlet, flanged solids discharge and a flanged drainage fitting. The TSP<\/strong> <\/em>is de signed to extract moisture from wet solids. DeWater\u00ae<\/sub><\/span> TSP Design<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]The PEWE\u00a0DeWater\u00ae<\/sub><\/span>TSP <\/strong><\/em><\/strong>first features a polymer and solids pre-blending system with fine adjustment. The enclosed screw assembly will consist of a heavy-duty shafted spiral with three stages of progressive compression. The shaft is direct coupled to a gear motor. The press zone consist of a cylindrical wedgewire insert, shower manifold and duplex access doors. The TSP<\/strong> <\/em>unit comes with an inclined support base for capturing the filtrate. DeWater\u00ae<\/sub><\/span> TSP Operation<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text]

The PEWE\u00a0DeWater\u00ae<\/sub><\/span> TSP<\/strong><\/em><\/strong> triple screw press receives influent through the flanged inlet hopper and the incoming stream is accepted into the drainage section where free liquid is allowed to pass through a drainage fitting and removed for further processing. Solids are then conveyed by the auger screw through the transport tube and press section. The solids may be washed in the press zone.
