PEWE Innovative Quality
The unique technology built into each PEWE OWS-PTM Multi Phase Oil/Water Separator maximizes oil solids removal while minimizing chemistry usage. The chassis and vessel are constructed of AISI 304SS. With the Diamond PerfTM separation and adjustable ParaLam Weir® system the OWS-PTM Oil/Water Separator operates with complete precision of the optional PEWE Command Control automated panel. A pipe flocculator is available for chemical efficacy enhancement as well.

PEWE OWS-PTM Technology
The heart behind the PEWE OWS-PTM Multi Phase Oil/Water Separator’s technology is the precision engineered Diamond PerfTM separator internal to the unit. Based on principles of Stoke’s Law, the design creates the specific conditions for separating the oil particles along the surface of the web matrix and conveying them to the surface collector while the water exits for reuse or discharge.
PEWE Vessel & Separator
When it comes to handling heavy oil solids the OWS-PTM Multi Phase Oil/Water Separator is more than capable. The all welded AISI 304 stainless steel vessel is standard with 0.125” plate. Custom steel material and thicknesses are available to suit your particular application. Additionally, the OWS-PTM can also be ordered with a screw auger conveyor discharge for extra heavy solids and sand loads. Simply let us know your specific requirements.
