PEWE WESTM Mobile! Water Equipment Shelter – Portable Treatment System for Insoluble Organics
A complete integrated PEWE water treatment system a Water Equipment Shelter. The WESTM Mobile! is a great tool for reducing insoluble organics, such as BOD and COD. The package plant system starts with pumping in wastewater where it is screened with our SuperSkreen®. The water is stored in an equalization/pH tank and is chemically adjusted with our PolyAccu Dose® system. Then water is next pumped to a Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system and clients have a choice between the Nx2JEM®, Poly-E2® or the new Dueler® DAF unit for final clarification. The all-in-one water treatment package is controlled with a state-of-the-art Command Control® automation panel with color touch-screen operator interface. Additionally, the WESTM Mobile! includes an integrated emergency shower and eyewash station for safety compliance. This flexible design feature allows for a small footprint at new installations or upgrades to existing systems.
WESTM Mobile! system operational control parameters are relatively simple. All that is required is monitoring of pH in the EQ Tank via continuous automated control. Optional testing of TSS can be added as well. The result is it removes TSS and FOG efficiently. Consult your PEWE Client Systems Engineer with your specific TSS and FOG needs.
